How to earn your CCIE Service Provider certification
At the expert level, Cisco certifications focus on a balance between core knowledge and advanced practical skills, to prove you’re the best of the best in your field. To earn your certification, you’ll take a core exam and a lab exam. You’ll also earn a Specialist certification when you pass your core exam, so you can show off your unique skills to employers.
Pass the core exam
Pass 350-501 SPCOR: Implementing and Operating Cisco Service Provider Network Core Technologies to meet the core exam requirement for the CCIE Service Provider certification. Passing this core exam automatically earns you the Cisco Certified Specialist - Service Provider Core certification.
Exam overview
This exam tests your knowledge of implementing core service provider network technologies including architecture, services, networking, automation, quality of service, security, and network assurance.

- Grading is pass/fail and results are available online within 48 hours
